“Butterflies
of the Northeast” is a power point presentation featuring images of our native butterflies throughout their life cycles. Distinguishing characteristics of butterfly families are presented, and habitats, host plants, behavior, and special adaptations for survival are also discussed. Questions and comments are welcome throughout the presentation. Handouts with information about butterfly clubs, books, and websites are offered to participants.
