    “Our Watery World”

Children and families meet a myriad of fascinating life forms from the sea in this hour-long interactive power point presentation. Audiences are invited to wonder how marine organisms experience their lives and respond to their environment. Amazing adaptations that allow these organisms to meet the challenges of survival in a variety of habitats are described and demonstrated. Audiences also learn how our own survival is dependent on healthy ocean ecosystems. Questions and comments are welcome throughout the program.

“Our Watery World” is offered for the "Make A Splash - Read" Summer Reading theme in Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont libraries in 2010, and is appropriate for children of all ages. John has delighted and informed audiences with music and nature programs throughout New England in the past decade; references and pricing are available on request.
